FREE TEACHERS COUNTRY DANCING WORKSHOP   

2.00 - 3.30 or 3.45pm-5.30pm


For all who work in schools, community, or youth and activity groups. A hands-on session to learn how to teach these dances. Suitable for complete beginners and the more experienced. The sessions are run by Mike Ruff, local expert, director of Tradamis and author of books on Maypole, Morris and Country Dance.  












Saturday mornings

 NEW classes at the Da Capo School in North Finchley www.dacapo.co.uk  .

Times have yet to be finalised, probably between 11 & 1.30,

Playground Games (3-5 year olds),

Country Dancing (6-10 yrs) and (10 - adult).

Autumn term dates 15th September – 13th October and 3rd November – 8th December.

Country Dancing Session on 19th September POSTPONED

 

Sadly we have had to postpone this workshop.

 We are trying to arrange a new date before Christmas that is more suitable for everyone so if you are interested please let Ann Wise know at the Farmland Museum and she will get back to you with the options.  There will be other future sessions in Cambridge, Camden and Finchley run by Tradamis or EFDSS so watch this space or contact Mike for more details of events near you.
